Iphone repairs Northern Minnesota and Wisconsin

Have a Question? We Have Answers!

  • How long does a repair take?
Most iPhone repairs can be completed in under 30 minutes, with the average time being around 20 minutes.
  • Do you work only on iPhones?
We specialize in iPhones and regularly stock those parts in our shop. However, we can also repair iPads, Apple Watches, Android devices and gaming consoles such as XBox and Nintendo Switch.
  • What are your prices?
We are always striving to keep our prices competitive in the industry and since the parts cost vary over time, please contact us at 218-248-6194 for a free quote.
  • Where are you located?
Our main office is located in the Technology Village Building at 11 E Superior St. in Duluth, Suite 542. We are in the same building as Pizza Luce on the corner of Lake Ave and Superior St. We are excited to announce we plan to open a second location in Cloquet soon-Stay Tuned to our social media channels for updates!
  • Can I buy the parts online and have you install them for me?
Unfortunately, we don’t normally install parts that we don’t source from one of our trusted suppliers as it would, in many cases, not be a warrantied repair. We also cannot guarantee the quality of parts that we don’t source through our established suppliers.
  • Do you do unlock phones, do software resets and/or data recovery?
We focus solely on hardware repairs and do not do software related fixes. However, in some cases such as water damage, we can assist in data recovery. Please contact us for more details.
  • Do you charge to diagnose my phone issue?
We do not charge anything to give you a diagnosis and recommendation
  • What does your warranty cover?
We offer a limited warranty on most parts including screens, cameras, batteries etc. This covers manufacturer defects such as glitching, dead spots, slow response or lagging but would not cover damage post-repair from customer drops etc.
  • Do you take credit cards?
We accept cash, all major credit cards, Apple Pay, Cash App, and Venmo.
  • Do you work with my phone’s warranty plan?
We have often provided detailed receipts for our repairs so our customers can turn them in for reimbursement from their warranty company. However, we do not work directly with Apple Care for repairs.
